Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. left over raita
  3. left over sabji
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  7. finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  8. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  9. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. oil for frying + 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. prepare a soft dough with all ingredient and 1 tbsp oil, cover and put the dough for 10 minutes.
  2. now divide the dough into small size balls and roll the paratha, heat the griddle and fry the paratha by applying little oil and roast both side till golden.
  3. serve with chutney, pickle or curd.
