About Chicken 65 - air fried Recipe

This recipe I learnt from Vah Chef 's video

Chicken 65 - air fried

Ingredients to make Chicken 65 - air fried

  • chicken breast - 400 gms
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic and ginger - 2 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • all purpose flour - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg white - 1 egg

How to make Chicken 65 - air fried

  1. Take the chicken and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and keep for a minimum of 1 hour. If you want juicy chicken keep it in refrigerator for 6 hrs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes in 180°C.
  4. Place the chicken inside the fryer for 10 minutes.
  5. In between toss the fryer basket to see if it's cooked well.
  6. Keep it in for another 3 minutes, to ensure the chicken is cooked properly.
  7. Wonderfully fried chicken 65 is ready.
  8. Garnish with fried green chilies and curry leaves.
