Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Instant yeast 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Curd 2 tbsp
  7. Oil 2 tsp
  8. Potato 2 ( boiled and mashed)
  9. Kalonji 1 tsp
  10. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  12. chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Amchur ( dry mango powder) 1/2 tsp
  15. butter

Instructions

  1. Add whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, curd, yeast, sugar, oil and 1 tsp salt in a bowl and knead the dough using water.
  2. Let it rest for an hour. After an hour, punch the dough and divide it into 5-6 equal parts.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes and prepare a filling.
  4. Roll the dough into chapati and add some potato filling.
  5. Roll it again and sprinkle kalonji, kasuri methi, red chilli powder and some coriander leaves .
  6. Roll it again once.
  7. Cook the kulcha on both sides on a skillet by using butter.
  8. Serve with Chole and butter.
