Ingredients to make Stuffed bati

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 4 tbs ghee for moin
  • 2 .tbs red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • water for preparing hard dough
  • Boiled potato 2
  • peas boiled 1/2cup
  • Green chilli chopped 2
  • carrot grated 1

How to make Stuffed bati

  1. Prepare hard dough by adding all the spices in flour with water.
  2. Prepare small batis.
  3. Fill in the stuffing of boiled veges and carrot chilli and salt.
  4. Make batis in gas oven for 15-20minutes.till golden brown on both sides.
