Quick dessert which can be prepared when guests suddenly arrive at your home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli-1 cup
  2. Milk-4 cups
  3. Sugar-1 cup
  4. Dry fruits like cashewnuts,charoli,pista
  5. cardamom powder-1 /2tsp
  6. Ghee-1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan .Roast cashewnuts and take in a small bowl.Now add vermicelli and roast till it becomes golden in colour.
  2. Simultaneously heat milk on other gas.
  3. Add milk to roasted vermicelli.Stir for around 3 minutes and then add sugar.
  4. When the vermicelli is cooked add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.Serve hot or cold as your guests like it.It tastes yummy either ways:-)
