I would like to keep diabetes far, far behind and here i like to share here my recipe with you special for Diabetic people break-fast/ lunch or dinner recipe too. (y) Methi / Fenugreek slows down the rate of sugar absorption into blood.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. fenugreek leaves (Methi) – 100 gm
  2. Wheat flour – 100 gm
  3. Red chili powder - seeds – ½ tea spoon
  4. turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
  5. Ajwan powder – 1 tea spoon
  6. Ground nut oil – ½ cup
  7. salt – as per taste


  1. Cut the methi finely.
  2. Into the plate mix the methi, atta, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Ajwan powder & salt.
  3. With the rolling pin make round shape Methi paratha.
  4. On a low gas flame spread the oil and put it on Methi Paratha and baked from the both side by applying oil as per your taste and serve hot.
