Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1kg carrots
  2. Powdered sugar 3 cups
  3. ghee 3 tbsp
  4. Milk 1 ltr
  5. Condensed milk half tin
  6. elaichi powder as per taste or 1 and half Tsp
  7. And nuts to decorate


  1. Wash peel and grate the carrot finely.
  2. Take a deep bottom pan add milk to it . .
  3. Once it is hot (not boiling) add the carrots to it give it a stir and let it cook till the quantity is reduced to half
  4. Keep stiring in between. once the quantity is reduced add ghee n cook it well on slow flame till the ghee leaves the sides.
  5. Now to it add sugar and condensed milk mix well .Cook further. Once done add elaichi powder to it and garnish with nuts n rabdi .
