Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida - 3 cups
  2. Carrot juice - 1 cup
  3. Spinach juice - 1 cup
  4. Refined oil - 3 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Ghee/refined oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Knead 3 different dough to make the Orange dough using the carrot juice, green dough using spinach juice and plain dough.
  2. Now divide the dough into small roundels and roll each roundel of each colour into think rotis.
  3. Now take each roti and apply little ghee on it and dust some flour.
  4. Now fold each roti in such a manner that it looks like a Japanese fan. And bring all the folds together to form a long string.
  5. Pull the string roti to make it longer.
  6. Take 3 string rotis of the 3 different colour and bring them together.
  7. Now coil the tri coloured roti string to form a roundel.
  8. Using little Maida to dust, roll out the tri coloured dough to form the paratha.
  9. Shallow fry these using some ghee/oil.
