Fusion Parfait

Ingredients to make Fusion Parfait

  • 1 kg gajar
  • 1/4 kg khoya (mava)
  • 1/4 kg sugar or as per your taste
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 tea spoon cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1 packet ready to make gulab jamun mix (i have used gits)
  • 3 cups whipped cream without sugar
  • 2 packet of 250 ml coconut milk
  • 1 cup chopped mix dry fruits ( kaju badam pista)
  • 25 desserts cups of 130 to 150 ml.

How to make Fusion Parfait

  1. Gajar Halwa -
  2. Wash peel & grate gajar
  3. In a thick bottom, pan add ghee, heat it and then add gajar. roast for 3 to 4 mins
  4. Then add milk , khoya , sugar
  5. keep on medium to slow heat and cook till done when ghee separates it will take 30 to 40 minutes
  6. now add cardamom powder
  7. Gulab Jamun -
  8. Prepare Gulab Jamuns as per instructions in the pack. Make small size gulab jamuns
  9. Now mix gajar halwa with coconut milk here you can add more or less as per your taste
  10. Parfait -
  11. In a dessert cup add 1 st layer of gajar halwa
  12. In 2nd layer add fresh whipped cream
  13. Then keep cup in fridge to let the cream set for 1 hour
  14. then remove cup from fridge and again put mix gajar halwa as third layer
  15. now cut gulab jamun like flower shown in picture
  16. keep in middle of the cup
  17. now garnish with chopped dry fruits
  18. now make all 25 cups like this
  19. keep in fridge
  20. served chilled
