Gajar Halwa, Gulab Jamun, fresh cream whipped and coconut cream with chopped dry fruits
The fusion of coconut milk and gajar halwa is very unique and innovative.
Gajar Halwa -
Wash peel & grate gajar
In a thick bottom, pan add ghee, heat it and then add gajar. roast for 3 to 4 mins
Then add milk , khoya , sugar
keep on medium to slow heat and cook till done when ghee separates it will take 30 to 40 minutes
now add cardamom powder
Gulab Jamun -
Prepare Gulab Jamuns as per instructions in the pack. Make small size gulab jamuns
Now mix gajar halwa with coconut milk here you can add more or less as per your taste
Parfait -
In a dessert cup add 1 st layer of gajar halwa
In 2nd layer add fresh whipped cream
Then keep cup in fridge to let the cream set for 1 hour
then remove cup from fridge and again put mix gajar halwa as third layer
now cut gulab jamun like flower shown in picture
keep in middle of the cup
now garnish with chopped dry fruits
now make all 25 cups like this
keep in fridge
served chilled
