Ingredients to make Koki

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 BUNCH coriander LEAVES
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tablespoons oil

How to make Koki

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients and 2 tablespoons oil
  2. Knead the flour adding water little at a time
  3. Divide the dough into 2 balls
  4. Roll each ball into the size of a poori and roast with a little oil on both sides
  5. Take out and roll again to the size of a chapati a little thicker
  6. Roast on both sides using oil like a paratha.

My Tip:

Serve hot with curd n pickle.
