Chocolate Vermicelli

Ingredients to make Chocolate Vermicelli

  • Vermicelli - 100 gms
  • Milk 300gm
  • ghee -1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 100 gms
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Nuts of your choice
  • Small cardamom - 4-5 (powdered)

How to make Chocolate Vermicelli

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and roast till brown
  2. In a pan take milk and let it come to boil. Once boiled add sugar and after 5 mins add Vermicelli and let it cook
  3. Once Vermicelli are tender add cardamom powder and nuts
  4. Add chocolate syrup and mix properly and once it is done serve in bowls
