Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sago/ Sabudana 1/2 cup
  2. Bhagar/Variche tandul 1 cup
  3. Boiled mashed potatoes 2
  4. Groundnuts coarsely grounded 2-3 tsp
  5. Jeera/cumin seeds 1-2 tsp
  6. Green chilly 3
  7. Ginger 1/2 inch
  8. Red chilly powder according to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves 3-4 tsp
  11. Water as needed
  12. Ghee for roasting

Instructions

  1. Take a pan dry roast sabudana and bhagar both separately for 2-3 minutes.
  2. After roasting grind both together into a fine powder.
  3. Make ginger green chilly paste.
  4. Take a bowl, add powdered sabudana & bhagar, mashed potatoes, ginger green chilly paste, jeera, groundnuts, coriander leaves, salt & red chilly powder.
  5. Now add water to make a soft dough, divide it into equal parts.
  6. Heat a non stick pan & cook using ghee, till they turn crispy golden brown from both the sides.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
