Its a sugarless , guiltfree sweet which can be enjoyed by everyone.Sweet full of iron,calcium and fiber .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Khajur-1 cup( chopped finely)
  2. Ghee-1 tbsp
  3. Mix dryfruits like cashews,pistas,almonds chopped finely-1/4 cup
  4. Dry coconut-1/4cup


  1. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add chopped khajur. Mix with spatula. Keep the flame slow.
  2. Add all dry fruits and coconut. Mix everything properly.
  3. Gradually as khajur gets heated it becomes sticky and soft. When khajur forms a lump, switch off the gas.It takes 5 to 7 minutes for this to get ready.
  4. Form small balls and keep in airtight container.Enjoy these guiltfree ladoos anytime.
