Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida- 1cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  5. Dahi- 4 tbsp
  6. Oil- 2 tbsp + for frying
  7. Sugar- 2tsp
  8. Warm water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. Take maida in a mixing bowl add salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda to it and mix properly.
  2. Now add oil to it and mix first.
  3. Then add curd to it and knead it
  4. Take required amount of warm water to knead the dough. Make a soft dough and keep it for 2 hours covering a wet cloth.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai.
  6. Roll the bhatura and fry in the hot oil. It will puff. Then flip it and fry again. Drain on a kitchen towel and serve hot with the chole.
