ABOUT Aate Ka Katlamba RECIPE

A healthy version of this extremely delicious indian bread

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. salt one pinch
  3. olive oil 4 tbsp
  4. Water to knead flour

Instructions

  1. To the flour add a pinch of salt ,one tbsp oil and knead into a tight dough
  2. Allow to rest for ten minutes
  3. Take small roundels of flour and roll out 5 thin chapatis of this flour
  4. Brush olive oil to one side of each chapati and keep them one on top of the other
  5. With a knife cut this to one fourth and roll as shown.
  6. Roll out lightly so that layers are formed.
  7. Cook on slow flame till all layers open and the bread turns golden.
  8. Cut into four and serve with tomato salsa.
