ABOUT Whole Wheat Dosa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Water 2 cups
  5. Oil for applying on dosa

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and add water to it to make a smooth batter.
  2. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin just flowy consistency
  3. Heat a girdle and apply some oil on it.
  4. Now take a spoon fuul of batter with a laddle and spread on the girdle
  5. After 1-2 mins apply some oil on the dosa and flip it .
  6. Cook evenly on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with pickle
