It is very delicious and can be served during fasts, Also goes well on any festive occasion

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup khoya
  2. 1 big bowl makhana
  3. 1/2 cup badam
  4. 1/2 cup cashews
  5. 10-12 kishmish
  6. 1 big spoon chironji
  7. 2 big spoon ghee
  8. Sugar according to taste
  9. 1 1/2 cup milk
  10. Cashews and pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dry roast makhana and cashews and coarsely grind them
  2. Heat ghee in kadai and fry this ground makhana and kaju
  3. Add khoya and fry it till golden in colour
  4. Add other dry fruits and fry it then add milk and sugar and cook till it is completely dry and ghee comes out
  5. When prepared take it out in a serving dish and garnish it with chopped cashews and pistachios
