Ingredients to make Churma

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • oil for frying +4 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chopped dryfuits 4 tbsp
  • rose petals to garnish

How to make Churma

  1. Take wheat flour add in 4 tablespoons of oil
  2. Take little water and knead a hard dough.
  3. Make long kofta shaped dough balls .
  4. Deep fry on medium flame.
  5. Fry till golden and crisp
  6. Take out and let it cool
  7. Then grind in mixer.
  8. Add sugar
  9. Add nuts.
  10. Serve with rose petals.

My Tip:

If ghee is added instead of oil it tastes better
