Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup channe ke sattu ka Atta
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 3 tsp fine rava
  4. 1/2 cup butter milk
  5. 3/4 cup Bathua leaves(fresh,washed and chopped)
  6. 1/4 cup Methi leaves(fresh,washed and chopped)
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 2 garlic cloves chopped
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 green chilli chopped
  11. 2 pinch of Hing powder
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  14. 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves
  15. 1/2 tsp red pepper powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. First in a mixing bowl add sattu,besan, rava salt and butter milk and mix well and keep aside it for 15 min.
  2. In the other side, heat oil in pan add cumin seeds. when seeds crackle, add onion in it when translucent add garlic and green chilli in it and saute. Now add Bathua and methi leaves in it and keep on medium to high flame. Add salt and mix well
  3. when it is dry, switch off the gas and keep aside
  4. Now take sattu batter add Bathua and methi mixture and add turmeric,fennel and chilli powder in it and mix well.
  5. Adjust salt and water in it and prepare a dosa like batter of it.
  6. Now heat dosa pan, pour this mixture and pour some oil over it when one side is done,flip it and cook the other side
  7. Make all chilla like this and serve it with desi ghee and pickle.
