  1. Suji 1 tbsp
  2. Maida 1 tbsp
  3. Besan 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped chillies 2
  5. coriander leaves a handful
  6. Onion 2 small chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Curd 1 cup
  9. Oil 1-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix suji maida besan in curd to make a cheela like batter.add salt in it. if thick one can add little water.
  2. Heat oil in a tawa, spread the batter. add chopped veggies over it.
  3. Prepare the omlette till brown on both sides by applying little oil.
