Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup flour
  2. 3-4tbsp semolina
  3. 1/2 cup soaked moong dal paste
  4. 1/2 cup sattu
  5. red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. ginger paste 2tbsp
  7. Coriander Powder
  8. asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  9. green chilly paste 2 tsp
  10. cumin powder 1tsp
  11. chopped green chilly 2tsp
  12. aam-tel (mango oil) 1tsp
  13. chat masala 1 tsp
  14. coriander leaves chopped 1/2cup
  15. salt to taste
  16. sugar 1 tsp
  17. Baking soda 1 pinch
  18. Oil


  1. take oil in a pan add ginger paste.. then add soaked dal paste...fry..then add all spices and salt and sugar...remove from oven
  2. add sattu on the fried dal paste..add chat masala and mango oil.. ur filling is ready..
  3. mix the flour and semolina..add oil and soda..then make a dough.. make the balls from this dough..
  4. take the balls.. and flatten it..pour the filling in it..take all sides in the centre..and make again into a ball with ur palms..and deep fry it..
