Ingredients to make Gajar Halwa

  • carrot 4 cups
  • Milk 6 Cups
  • Dryfruits 1 cup ( mix )
  • sugar 2 cups
  • Mava 1 cup

How to make Gajar Halwa

  1. First of all take carrots and peel them and put it in the cooker and wait for 1 whistle
  2. Now put that boiled carrots in a pan amd add milk and stir it for 10 minutes
  3. Now add mava into it and stir it till it gets thick.
  4. Now after thickness add sugar and mix it well and stir it till the sugar dissolves completely
  5. Now add dry fruits and mix it, Cook for 20 minutes stirring continuously
  6. Serve it hot

My Tip:

If you do not have mava, you may add malai
