Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 4 cups
  2. semolina 1 cup
  3. Desi ghee 2 1/2 cup
  4. Boora sugar 700 gm
  5. Dryfruits optional 1 cup chopped
  6. Mawa/khowa 1 cup


  1. Mix flour and semolina in 1/2 cup ghee.add milk and prepare hard dough.keep it for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.take out roti size balls of dough and make it flat with palm and fry in ghee.
  3. Fry all of them till golden brown and keep it cool
  4. In a mixer grind them .again heat ghee and put the choorma in it and roast in medium flame.when it turns brown and a nice aroma spreads take it out of gas.
  5. Add roasted khowa/mawa and chopped dryfruits and boora sugar.
  6. Now make laddos .
