ABOUT Beetroot Halwa RECIPE

Most of the people don't like to eat beetroot. This halwa is delicious and the best way to eat beetroots. It is very nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup beetroot grated
  2. 2 to 3 cups whole milk
  3. ¾ cup Sugar
  4. ¼ cup Ghee
  5. ½ cup Chopped dry fruits
  6. 1 Tsp Elachi powder

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, roast the dry fruits and keep it aside.
  2. Add grated beetroot to the ghee pan and fry on low medium flame until raw smell goes.
  3. Add milk and cook until ¾ done. Add sugar, elachi powder and cook until soft.
  4. Transfer it to a bowl and garnish with dry fruits. Serve.
