Ingredients to make Rava Rasmalai

  • Rava 1 cup
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • eno 1 pouch
  • Powder sugar 1 cup + 1cup more
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • saffron 4-5 strands
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Condensed milk 1/ 2 tin
  • chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp

How to make Rava Rasmalai

  1. Make soft and spongy idlies out of rava ,curd ,baking soda ,1 cup powder sugar and eno
  2. Make sure that the idlies are soft
  3. Boil milk add condensed milk and sugar Boil till thick and half in quantity
  4. Add saffron and chopped dry fruit to it
  5. Switch off the gas .keep aside till cool
  6. Add idlies and and serve chill
