Ingredients to make Egg Aviyal

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch pepper powder
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coconut Oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch jeera seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups grated coconut

How to make Egg Aviyal

  1. saute the chopped onions till it turns brown.
  2. Make a paste of coconut with chilly powder and jeera seeds with little water.
  3. Add the paste to sauteed onions.
  4. Now add boiled eggs to it .
  5. Close the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it with oil and curry leaves
