ABOUT Coriander Or Dhania Chutney RECIPE

It is a healthy chutney. Good for digestion. Can be served with Indian as well as western cuisine

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dhania 2 bunch
  2. Ginger a small piece
  3. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  4. Onion 1 small
  5. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chillies 3 - 4
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Curd 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash coriander
  2. Chop onion green chillies ginger
  3. Wash properly
  4. Mix all ingredients
  5. Grind them in a silbatta or in a mixer grinder
  6. tasty and delicious chutney is ready
