Trust me this ladoos are seriously very easy than the traditional boondi laddoos. Malai laddoos have their own place in most of the sweet platter. Since this delicious sweet balls are easy to dish out, you can prepare these laddoos anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  2. 250 grams paneer (grated)
  3. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  4. Sliced almonds (optional)


  1. Blend the grated paneer in a blender till its turns smooth.
  2. Now transfer the paneer into a heavy bottomed pan, add the sweetened condensed milk and cook in medium flame, stir constantly.
  3. Cook until the mixture turns thick and starts leaving the pan.
  4. Add the cardamom powder, mix well, remove the pan from the flame.
  5. Transfer to a plate, let it cool completely.
  6. Take a small portion from this mixture and shape into laddoos.
  7. Place a sliced almond on the top and serve.
