Nan Khatai

Ingredients to make Nan Khatai

  • 1 cup ghee .
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

How to make Nan Khatai

  1. Mix ghee and sugar in a mixer. Keep it aside.
  2. Take Maida , besan, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix it well. Now add ghee and sugar mixture and make a soft dough. The dough will be softer than roti
  3. Now make the ball and shape like cookies. Put in baking dish and keep it in pre heated oven at 180 ℃ for 15 mins.
  4. After 15 mins. Remove the baking dish from oven and allow it to cool for 10 mins so that it becomes like Nan khatai.
