Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Grated coconut 2 cup
  2. Ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Khoya 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 2 cup
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Orange pulp 2 tbsp (as your choice)

Instructions

  1. Add coconut ,milk,sugar,elaichi powder,khoya ,orange pulp in a thick bottom pan and mix well.cook for 10 min.
  2. Add the ghee and continue to cook till the mixture becomes a little dry leave the sides of the pan .
  3. Grease a tray with a ghee and pour the mixture on to the greased tray and spread evenly .
  4. Cool and cut into pieces and serve .
