I had these noodles at my friend's home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 number Chapati (Fresh / leftover)
  2. 1 cup Mixed vegetables (Carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, beans)
  3. 1 medium onion chopped
  4. 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  5. 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  6. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  7. 2 tsp Hot sauce / Chilli sauce
  8. 1 tsp soya sauce
  9. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  10. To taste Salt
  11. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chapati into long stripes like noodles.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry for 3 minutes then add vegetables and cook until 3/4 done.
  3. Add chapati noodles and mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Add all sauces, salt and mix for 3 minutes and leaves for 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onion. Serve immediately.
