ABOUT Nariya Ki Barfi RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Freshly grated coconut 2 1/2 cups
  2. Sugar 1 1/2 cups
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee 3 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and cook sugar and coconut. Cook till sugar dissolves
  2. After sometime add milk and ghee and stir continuously
  3. Cook on slow flame till it changes colour. Add cardamom powder and mix
  4. Grease a plate and pour the hot mixture.
  5. When still warm, cut into square pieces. Serve
