Milk Burfi

Ingredients to make Milk Burfi

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk Powder - 1/4 Cup
  • Elachi Powder - 1 tsp ( Optional )

How to make Milk Burfi

  1. Shred the cottage cheese.
  2. Take a wide pan, add the shredded cottage cheese. Keep the stove in sim mode.
  3. After 2 seconds, pour in the condensed milk and give a nice stir.
  4. With no further delay, quickly add in the milk powder.
  5. Mix all until the condensed milk melts and further thickens to a fine medium thick consistency.
  6. Switch off the stove.
  7. Place a butter paper on a plate.
  8. Transfer the mixture and allow it to cool.
  9. Slice them into desired shapes
  10. Can decorate with some broken pistachios on top.

My Tip:

You may replace elaichi powder with Saffron strands. You may add edible colour if you wish
