Make a soft dough with bengal gram flour, refine flour, salt and oil. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
For filling, take a frying pan add 2 tsp oil, carom, asafoetida, chopped ginger and chopped green chilli. Stir continuously then add 2 tbsp bengal gram and salt. Now switch off the flame add mango powder and red chilli powder. When it cools, add 2 tsp water and make a paste
Now spread the dough and layer with filling. Then cut into strips but both ends should not be cut.
Now fold all strips.
Now make a round shape like jalebi with strips.
Shallow fry like paratha. Press the parantha. The layers will separate
Sprinkle with chat masala and mango powder
