Ingredients to make Rasgulla

  • paneer ( cows milk ) 500 gm
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 10 cups water

How to make Rasgulla

  1. Boil water and sugar till dissolved and keep it on low flame
  2. Make paneer and knead it till it becomes soft. Make small balls and put it in the syrup
  3. Cook it on high flame for 7 mins and then cover with the lid and keep on cooking on medium heat till soft
  4. Cool and refrigerate
  5. Serve cold

My Tip:

Paneer has to be made fresh with cows milk
