Fruit Kulfi

Ingredients to make Fruit Kulfi

  • Milk 1 liter
  • sugar-1 cup
  • 2 cups Fruits of your choice like apples, pomegranate, grapes
  • 2 drops pineapple essence
  • Elachi -3 powdered
  • saffron- 5 strands
  • Dry fruits and nuts powder- 1 cup

How to make Fruit Kulfi

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan
  2. Add sugar, dry nuts powder, Pineapple essence, elachi powder, Saffron and cook till it thickens
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Slice your apples, grapes or any fruits of your choice , pomogranate seeds and add these into mud tumblers or kulfi moulds.
  5. Pour in our cooled milk till the top of kulfi moulds
  6. Freeze it for 6 to 7 hours.
  7. Enjoy your chilled fruit kulfi

My Tip:

We can add khoya or condensed milk to thicken milk. Reduce sugar quantity if using milkmaid or khoya.
