Masala Chai Kulfi

Ingredients to make Masala Chai Kulfi

  • Full cream milk 500ml
  • Condensed milk 200ml
  • Freash cream 100ml
  • sugar 2 Tbsps
  • tea leaves 1 tbsp
  • tea masala 1/2 tsp
  • pistachio chopped 2 tbsps
  • Few parle-g biscuits crushed(optional)

How to make Masala Chai Kulfi

  1. Boil milk on slow flame with tea leaves added.
  2. Then add tea masala and sugar to this and boil for few more minutes.
  3. Strain this milk. Let it cool down a little.
  4. Add to this condensed milk and fresh cream. Mix well with a egg beater.
  5. Now add pistachios.
  6. Fill this mixture into kulfi moulds. Can be set as an icecream too.
  7. Let it set for 6-8 hours.
  8. Serve with some crushed parle-g biscuits.

My Tip:

Ready masala tea leaves can also be used instead of seperate tea and masala.
