Ingredients to make Modak

  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cup khoya after making ghee
  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  • Mould for making modak

How to make Modak

  1. First heat ghee in a kadai.
  2. Now add maida in it.
  3. Fry 10 -15 mins until a nice aroma comes.
  4. Now add khoya and fry 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Switch off the gas.
  6. Now add jaggery in it and mix well.
  7. Now put the mixture in modak mould and make modak.
