Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup course wheat flour
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1tsp jaggery
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  6. 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Take a micro proof bowl, add 1tsp oil and jaggery.
  2. Micro for 2 minute. In the mean time, add oil to flour and mix well
  3. Add the flour in hot mixture.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes
  5. Mix and micro for 2 minutes
  6. Mix well
  7. Micro further for 2 minutes
  8. Serve with ghee and powdered sugar.
