Herbed Mathri Hearts

Ingredients to make Herbed Mathri Hearts

  • maida 200 gm
  • oil 4 tsp
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Dried rosemary 1/2 tsp
  • Dried basil 1 tsp
  • Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Herbed Mathri Hearts

  1. Take all ingredients except oil for frying. Knead a soft dough.
  2. Roll out large thin roti.
  3. Cut into the heart shape with a heart shape mould.
  4. Take a large kadhai. Add oil. Fry on medium heat.
  5. Serve
