Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Babycorn : 10 nos
  2. Maida: 3tbsps
  3. Corn flour: 3 tbsps
  4. Spring onion : 1/2 bunch
  5. Tomato sauce: 1 tsp
  6. Chilli sauce : 1 tsp
  7. Soya sauce: 1 tsp
  8. Chopped garlic: 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Green chilli : 2 nos
  10. Capsicum: 1
  11. Oil

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with maida, corn flour and salt using little water and dip the chopped baby corn one by one, deep fry and keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and fry.
  3. Add chopped green chilli, white part of the spring onion and fry.
  4. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chopped capsicum and fried baby corn.
  5. Lastly add salt and chopped spring onion, mix and fry on a high flame for few minutes and remove from fire.
  6. Serve hot & enjoy.
