Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seviyan : 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion: 14 + 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped Tomato: 2 tbsps
  4. Carrot: 1
  5. Beans : 5 nos
  6. Potato : 1
  7. Green peas : 1/4 cup
  8. Green chilli: 1
  9. Red chilly powder: 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
  12. Ginger - Garlic Paste : 1 tsp
  13. Cinnamon : 1 stick
  14. Cardamom: 2
  15. Cloves : 3
  16. Coriander leaves + Mint leaves : 1/4 cup
  17. Ghee : 1 tbsp
  18. Oil : 1 1/2 tbsp
  19. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the vermicelli in water adding little and salt. Drain under cold water and keep aside.
  2. Chop the carrot, peeled potato, green peas, beans and microwave it for 2 minutes with little salt.
  3. Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and green chilli and fry.
  4. Add the chopped onion and fry for few minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and fry.
  6. Add chopped tomato, Red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander and mint leaves and salt and fry well on low flame.
  7. Add the vegetables, mix and fry for few minutes.
  8. Finally add the cooked seviyan,garam masala powder to this and mix well till seviyan is well coated with the masala mixture.
  9. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves .
  10. Serve hot and Enjoy.
