Baby Biscuit

Ingredients to make Baby Biscuit

  • all purpose flour - 3/4 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup or 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1
  • Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

How to make Baby Biscuit

  1. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius
  2. Beat egg till frothy
  3. Add sugar, and beat well
  4. Add Vanilla extract. Now add butter and mix well
  5. Whisk flour and baking powder
  6. Add flour mix to wet ingredients. Transfer the batter into a piping bag
  7. Drop the batter onto a greased baking tray keeping enough distance in between
  8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Cool and store in an airtight conatiner
