Stuffed Idlis in a sandwhich maker

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup - semolina
  2. 1/2 cup - curd
  3. 1 - Tomatoes
  4. 1 - Onions
  5. 1/2 - capsicum
  6. 1-2 - Green chilies (optional)
  7. 1 pack - Eno small
  8. 1/2 tsp - Oil
  9. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add semolina, curd, salt and vegetables. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Pre heat the sandwich maker.
  3. Add the eno in the semolina batter and keep aside.
  4. Brush with oil, the sandwich maker. Pour the batter and close the lids.
  5. When the sandwich maker's light turns red, open and see if the idli's are cooked to one's preference.
