Ingredients to make Instant Homemade Mawa

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to make Instant Homemade Mawa

  1. First heat a pan
  2. Add milk
  3. Add milk powder
  4. Add ghee
  5. Mix well and keep stirring so that mixture doesn't stick to the pan
  6. When it starts leaving the sides and becomes thick like dough
  7. Switch off the flame, let it cool and keep it out in a bowl or an airtight container

My Tip:

This homemade mawa can be stored in the freezer for 3 months and in the fridge for 7 days. If mixture seems dry add a little milk.
