Ingredients to make Mango Delight

  • Ripe mango pulp 1 cup ( blend peeled & cut mango pieces.pulp is ready.)
  • Sugar 3 or 4 tbsp, according to the sweetness of mangoes.
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Gelatine 2 tsp
  • water 1/4 cup

How to make Mango Delight

  1. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup of warm water.
  2. Take a blender add mango pulp & sugar. Blend well.
  3. Then add vanilla ice cream. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the mixture into a bowl.
  5. Add dissolved gelatine .Stir well.
  6. Keep the mixture in fridge for 2-3 hrs or till set.
  7. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Select very ripe & sweet mangoes. Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of mangoes.
