ABOUT Chicken Kebab/ Cutlet RECIPE

This is a tasty evening time snack. I have made this dish with very few ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Shredded boiled chicken - 1 Cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Homemade garam masala - 1 tsp
  4. Boiled and mashed potatoes- 5 medium sized
  5. Pepper powder as per taste
  6. 2 eggs
  7. Oil to shallow fry
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. 1 tsp - tandoori chicken masala powder

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes, then add salt and a little coriander leaves. Mix it well together.
  2. To make the chicken, boil it with salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, tandoori chicken masala. Once it is boiled, let it cool and then shred it by hand.
  3. Next, add the pepper powder and mix well. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, salt and pepper together and keep aside.
  4. Make the desired shapes of the chicken cutlets and dip it in the beaten egg mixture.
  5. Shallow fry them in batches and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice.
