Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated carrots 2 cups
  2. Grated jaggery 1 cup
  3. Homemade khoya 1/2 cup
  4. Elachi powder 1 teaspoon
  5. ghee 3 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Fry the dry fruits in ghee and keep it aside.
  2. Put some more ghee and fry the grated carrot until it changes in colour to golden red.
  3. Add khoya and jaggery, mix well.
  4. Add elachi powder and garnish with dry fruits. Serve.
