Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Vanilla custard powder - 1 packet
  2. Milk - 2 liters
  3. Sugar - 1/2 kg
  4. Raisins (optional)
  5. Coconut cut into pieces (optional)
  6. Cashew nuts (Optional)
  7. For topping -
  8. Bananas
  9. Grapes
  10. Papaya
  11. Pomegranate

Instructions

  1. Take 2 liters of cold milk to prepare custard
  2. Take half liter milk. Add custard powder and mix well
  3. Allow the milk to boil while stirring it regularly.
  4. Add milk with custard. Keep stirring. The milk will become thick. Add sugar to it and stir well
  5. Stir it till it is neither too thick nor too runny.
  6. After switching off the flame, add cashew nuts, coconut, raisins and allow it to cool. Better refrigerate it.
  7. After 1 hour, serve it with banana slices, pomegranate, and other fruits of choice.
